The program builds on local strengths to meeting local community needs and create capability with local service systems, using strong evidence of what works in early intervention and prevention.
As a Community Development Worker, you will foster, develop and evaluate initiatives and opportunities within the community that engage and empower residents, improve service offerings, increase service capacity and, reach and build community capacity and resilience. This includes program planning, coordinating, leading community events and partnering with other organisations to improve outcomes for our clients.
