The Benevolent Society’s vision is to build a just society where all Australians can live their best life. For more than 200 years we have supported people at the margins of society: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians; children, young people, and their families; older people; carers and people with disability. We are an independent, non-religious service provider which supports people to live life their way.
As part of The Benevolent Society's vision, we are strongly committed to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
In this rewarding role, you’ll help individuals with disabilities achieve their nutritional goals in both community and home settings, enhancing their overall quality of life.
Guided by NDIS funding, you’ll take a holistic approach—assessing, planning, monitoring, and reviewing nutritional outcomes to ensure each person’s needs are met. Your creativity will shine as you develop tailored solutions that enable individuals to live their best lives, all while contributing to dietetic best practices with The Benevolent Society.
Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team in East Maitland, including Behaviour Support Specialists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and fellow Dietitians. Together, you’ll make a lasting impact!
