About the role

As our Fleet Services Coordinator, you will play an integral role in streamlining our operations through dependable general and technical support for our internal and external stakeholders. You will prioritise efficient fleet management with a strong emphasis on time management, customer service excellence, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

About you

You are a motivated self-starter capable of working independently, with an eye for prioritising tasks according to business impact and urgency and will possess high emotional-intelligence to understand when issues need prompt escalation.

Duties

  • Coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, registrations, infringement notices and accident and repair details.
  • Monitor and control budgetary expenses related to fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with drivers, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimise fleet efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of fleet knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good understanding of fleet related accounting requirements.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Basic negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, can-do mindset and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to change in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • High level of professional customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level MS Excel
