To contribute to the creation, design and implementation of a portfolio of projects focused on implementing evidence- based practice in frontline services. This will include embedding common practice frameworks, supervision approaches and a client safe organisation within our professional governance framework. A key aspect of the role will be embedding data driven decision making into our practice for deeper understanding and improvements in our work.
