The Benevolent Society provides a range of community based support services for children, families, people with a disability and older Australians. We are a non-religious, not for profit organisation at the forefront of societal change for over 200 years.
This new leadership role sits across Adelaide metro and regional SA (Murray Bridge and Mannum) in our Resilient Families program. Resilient Families is a therapeutic, evidence informed program designed to provide 12-month, intensive, in-home support to families with at least one child aged 9 years and under. This is an innovative funding model developed in partnership with the South Australian Government and is a payment by outcomes contract.
With the support of the Director, South Australia, your aim is to ensure that the team are positioned to provide exceptional services to children, carers and families so they can feel safe and secure. Key to this is building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including DCP, DHS, partner organisations, sector networks and the broader internal management team.

Terms: This is a full time, permanent role. You can be based at Melrose Park although you will be required to travel across all of the locations where staff are present.
