About the Role

We are looking for passionate, newly registered Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Disability Services team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from paediatrics to geriatrics, with physical, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. Whether in clients’ homes, community settings, or from our office spaces, you will deliver flexible, impactful care in a holistic and client-centred way. With personalised mentorship from experienced Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders, you will be supported to grow your skills, build confidence, and thrive in your career as a Speech Pathologist!

  • Build valuable skills in delivering client focused care, , allowing you to see the positive impact your contributions have on clients as well as building a strong foundation towards your professional growth.
  • Receive continual ongoing support from our friendly Senior Occupational Therapists and Clinical Supervisors to help you settle in, grow and thrive!
  • Attend Monthly 'communities of practice' where you will connect and build lasting relationships with our Disability teams across NSW and SA. In these sessions we share practice knowledge, troubleshoot and brainstorm how we can continuously improve our services and celebrate our wins!
