We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to support the Manager of Ageing Operations in delivering exceptional consumer-directed care services to older adults. In this role, you will lead your team in fostering a client-centred service culture, ensuring genuine engagement with clients, their carers, and families. You will inspire your team to turn conversations into memorable experiences that clients will want to share with friends and family for all the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Case Managers in creating a flexible, client-centred service approach.
  • Support team members in understanding and aligning with the organisation’s vision, values, and direction in their daily practice.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide clear leadership, professional supervision, and practice support to team members.

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Services, Social Work, Welfare, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading a team in the Community Services Sector, specifically in Disability or Ageing.
  • Knowledge of consumer-directed and self-directed care models.
  • Proven leadership experience, including practice supervision and performance management.
  • Ability to identify and implement quality improvements in programs or services.
  • Collaborative approach with strong skills in influencing and engaging stakeholders.
