We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support the Manager of Ageing Operations in delivering exceptional consumer-directed care services to older adults. Drawing on your previous leadership experience, you will guide your team in creating a client-centred service culture, ensuring meaningful interactions with clients, their carers, and families. You will inspire your team to turn conversations into memorable experiences that clients will want to share with friends and family for all the right reasons.
