We currently have a position available for a Specialist Youth Worker in the Early Intervention Program, working in the Lower Hume region.

The position is part time (0.6 EFT) on a 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding.

The role of the Early Intervention Worker is to provide intensive support to young people around a range of issues including substance use, mental health, housing, relationships, employment/education, parenting, and independent living skills within a therapeutic program.

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you hold a minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field and have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
