We have a position available for a Specialist Youth Worker to join our Education Settings Program based in Shepparton. Flexibility in hours from 0.8EFT to 1 EFT.

In this role you will provide case management support to young people, their family and support network to address issues underlying disengagement and support re-engagement with their education and learning. Through individual coaching and mentoring you will support young people to increase their wellbeing, resilience, self-efficacy and social skills. This will be achieved by individual case coordination, group-work programs and the provision of information and supported referral.

To be considered for a position you must hold a minimum Diploma level qualification in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, Education or a similar field. You must also have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
