About the Position

The purpose of the Accounts Payable and Administration Officer is to process supplier invoices and expense claims into the accounting system and manage TFA’s travel tool (Egencia) and credit card system. The role also involves effectively managing all office related services and supplies, maintaining key office reference documents and systems, and being the point of contact for incoming calls (zoom phone).

About You

• At least two years of experience in accounts payable and/or administration
• Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and assertive.
• Customer relationship focus, while enabling productivity.
• Ability to balance and prioritise, where necessary, competing strategic and operational interests.
• Ability to work autonomously and within teams.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the organisation, which may be short notice.
• Ability to be tactful with sensitive matters and retain confidentiality.
