About the Position

Deliver outstanding narrative-driven campaign content across recruitment, philanthropy and brand campaigns. Lead the development, implementation and performance of the Social Media strategy with clear responsibility to grow our organic reach across all channels. Help craft a positive narrative about our TFA vision, mission, programs and impact as well as our efforts to inspire, connect and empower our community. This role will drive content production at an organisational level, ensuring material is consistent, engaging, timely, strategy-aligned and reflects our work across the nation.

Note

This role has flexibility to be remote so candidates from other locations in Australia will be considered.

About You

  • 6-8 years of professional experience in a related role
  • Experience in professional writing and storytelling
  • An understanding of marketing fundamentals (particularly using digital channels), including demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end campaigns
  • Technical experience using a variety of digital multimedia to engage an audience (e.g. video making, working knowledge in creative suites such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc.)
  • Understanding of social media and its role in community engagement
  • Experience in EDM marketing, including list management and segmentation (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Understanding of TFA and its mission
