TeamHEALTH has become the leading not for profit provider of mental health services in the Top End of the Northern Territory, providing outreach services, support and advocacy for Territorians with mental illness for over 30 years.
TeamHEALTH delivers a range of supports for Adults that provide increased opportunities of recovery for people whose lives are severely affected by mental illness to remain living independently in the community. The aim is to support recovery, reduce social isolation and improve employment outcomes. Using a strengths-based approach, and providing intensive one-to-one support, the service delivery provides:
Reporting to the Team Leader the Coordinator provides leadership and day to day management of the Adult Supports team. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting, coaching and training Mental Health Recovery Workers and Wellbeing Workers located in Darwin to build capacity and capabilities in the provision of a strength based, psychosocial rehabilitation framework, with a focus on the areas of living, learning, working and socialising.

The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NT Driver’s Licence and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
