Lifestyle Facilitator

Team Jamie

Ready for a change, a challenge, or something different?

I’m looking for a ‘committed’ Lifestyle Facilitator to join my team and support my life, goals and aspirations (part-time).

  • Are you a mature minded, self-reliant woman with life experience under your belt?
  • Does contributing to creating and supporting someone’s fabulous and fulfilling life float your boat?
  • Are you super organised, tech savvy, confident, enjoy flexibility and the chance to be creative and strategic?
  • Perhaps you’re looking to change direction from your previous career

If I have your attention, then please read on!

I am a young, highly intelligent woman in my mid 20’s and I describe myself as an “intrepid explorer”. I enjoy living a social, active and fun filled life. I have a disability, but I never let that get in the way. I need someone who is energetic, confident, resilient, and organised, who enjoys the outdoors as well as technology and innovation, to join my dynamic team. I love going out and being with friends, going on adventures and holidays. I engage in tertiary level study, am keen to develop my presentation business and kick a few other serious goals, and you would be integral in assisting me to do that.

This position does include helping me with my personal care, grooming and daily tasks, so it is particularly important that you are comfortable with this, it also means that I can only have females on my team… sorry guys.

The Role:

  • Assist me to pursue my goals which include tertiary level study, professional development, health and fitness and adventure
  • Require someone who, once trained, can stay with me overnight approximately 2 – 4 nights per fortnight.
  • Support me in my day to day needs which includes overnight support from approx. 5pm – 10am.

(I am pretty easy going, I just need a hand to do things most people do at night for a nice night in, you get to sleep while I’m sleeping, and I love a good sleep!)

I need you to be

  • A self-starter as well as a team player
  • Reliable and honest
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to commit to see things through
  • Self-motivated, confident, determined
  • Responsible, have initiative and be proactive
  • A non-smoker

I also need you to have:

  • Own transport and licence
  • Police check or willing to obtain one
  • ABN or willing to obtain one if successful
  • Live reasonably near Ipswich / Karalee
  • Solid technology skills and be tech savvy
  • Personal fitness and be active and energetic

The training period includes roughly 10-15 hours per week on weekdays and weekends. At times there will be the opportunity of extra shifts. Once you finish training, hours will likely increase.

You do not need any prior support experience as this is a unique role, extensive training is provided. If this sounds like the perfect job for you then click the Apply Now' button.
