We are looking for a Researcher to assist and conduct research and analysis on democracy, integrity, and corporate governance issues. If you are interested in public policy debates and want to make a difference, this job could be for you.

The ideal person will:

• Have a degree in a relevant discipline
• Have some background in research and analysis, who can dig out relevant information and data with some supervision, and analyse the findings to draw reasonable conclusions
• Be a good writer and fast learner, who can prepare clear, well-organised and grammatically correct text and can quickly grasp a wide range of new topics
• Be a skilled communicator, who can clearly and accurately explain issues, and the context around them, so that they are understandable to non-specialists
• Be a team player who enjoys working with a high-performing team to get results and create impact

We are looking for a doer, someone who has previous experience in research work, with good interpersonal skills, and an ability to manage time while working on several projects simultaneously. Corporate social governance experience, work experience with an accountability body, or advanced MS Word and Excel skills would also be beneficial.
