- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to promote NMHPA’s services and foster relationships with influential stakeholders, including government bodies, health organisations, and professional associations.
- Ensure all hubs deliver contemporary, accountable, and accessible services that meet the health and wellbeing needs of nurses, midwives, and students.
- Lead the development of promotional and educational materials, ensuring they are relevant and accessible.
- Oversee data collection and reporting, ensuring accuracy for strategic decision-making.
- Support the CEO with program reviews, marketing, and compliance to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
- Manage financial efficiency and resource allocation across all NMHPA hubs, ensuring cost-effective operations.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current registration as a nurse and/or midwife, and post-graduate qualifications in areas such as public health, mental health, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience in health-related services or programs, with a strong track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes across multiple locations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the nursing and midwifery professions, including experience working with sensitive health issues, such as burnout, mental health challenges, drug and alcohol misuse and other complex matters.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-impact role and is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of Australia’s healthcare workers.
