Green Life Soil Co are looking to add depth to our retail team. We're looking to hire two new team members; one to work with us on a part-time basis and another as a casual. There is some flexibility in the days available.

The Green Life Soil Co is a soil manufacturer that specialises in making quality and Certified Organic growing mediums. We sell retail and wholesale as well as dealing with trade customers in the landscape industry.

The job role involves engaging with and assisting home gardeners and landscape tradespeople to solve problems, recommend products and methods to help them achieve success in growing in Perth's challenging conditions. So we're looking for a passionate gardener to help with retail sales & customer service - in store and over the phone.

If you're enthusiastic, motivated and don't mind getting your hands dirty this role could be for you!

A level of physical fitness is necessary as there is some lifting and carrying of bagged products, etc. involved. Horticultural qualifications, Permaculture training, forklift ticket and knowledge of organic gardening would be well regarded.

Hours will vary due with seasonality - and will include rostered Saturdays.

A good level of computer skills is essential as you'll be using our POS system, creating invoices and responding to website queries and emails.

The role is varied and there is some cross over of duties in the team - so great communication is needed. We need someone with an eye for detail who can work well within a team in a dynamic sales & admin environment.
