The Sax Institute has an international reputation as an Evidence Specialist, and nearly 20 years’ experience in translating research findings into policy drawing on our own expertise as well as that of our more than 50 member organisations. We work with governments, health organisations, research organisations and a network of experts nationwide to analyse policy problems and find the best evidence-based solutions.
Sitting within the Evidence for Action Division, our Decision Analytics team uses advanced dynamic simulation modelling methods as well as research and visualisation technologies to develop timely, accessible decision support tools for policy and practice.
A great opportunity exists for an experienced manager to step into this up to 12 month maternity leave cover position. This role will see you leading a high performing team with expertise in dynamic simulation modelling and in engagement with policy and program organisations. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the DA strategy while working closely with government and non-government organisations to assist them to scope out their requirements that can be addressed through the use of dynamic simulation modelling.
