Business Development team members at LOTE are a special breed. Not only will you be a driving force behind our consultancy's growth, you will also be a genuine storyteller and educator, using these skills to bring your clients on the inclusion journey authentically. Our consultancy work can be complex and strategic, and as such our sales team are excellent listeners, solving complex social problems with creative solutions according to our clients' goals, budgets and timeframes.
This role is about building relationships to make a meaningful impact, designing solutions for social inclusion, and expanding our reach across diverse communities.
We are seeking a proactive individual who brings energy and a bit of spark to our team. Your confidence and dynamic approach will enable you to challenge the status quo, thinking in a multifaceted manner to identify and secure new business opportunities.
In this role, you will use your exceptional (written and verbal) communication and organisation skills to not only pursue and secure new business in the corporate space but also to maintain strong, effective client relationships. In partnership with another senior sales team member and an EA, your work will directly contribute to our mission, employing innovative strategies to expand our market share and achieve sales targets.
