The Men’s Table is a fast growing national Not for Profit. We provide a simple, effective grassroots community building and men’s preventative mental health and wellbeing initiative.

Each Men’s Table is a committed group of diverse local men intentionally listening and sharing about their lives in a trusted and safe place, fostering connection and belonging. At The Men’s Table we “Go Beyond Banter”. Our website and research reports are linked below.

In this role, you will be accountable for growth of the program, across Western NSW; your goal is more men at newly formed Men’s Tables, and healthy functioning Tables, right across the region.

As a 3-day a week ‘community builder’ you will outreach into diverse communities, build relationships and manage stakeholders at multiple levels including local men, health agencies, community networks and strategic funding partners. Then support men to form into healthy functioning peer-groups, using The Men's Table guidelines ('Fundamentals')
