We're seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary clinicians dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability, at every stage of life.
Your Role
The Customer Liaison Officer is responsible to provide responsive and tailored support for our customers, their families and or representatives, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their journey with Therapy Focus.
Based in our new office located in Bunbury, you will provide support that meets the highest quality possible within Therapy Focus’ standards of service delivery. You will be expected to maintain customer records accurately and provide high quality customer service to our customers.
What’s makes you the right candidate?
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a complex administration role or large organisation.
- Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with people of all different backgrounds and abilities in order to support customers to access Therapy Focus services.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to find solutions to problems and work with people to resolve them.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to actively listen to and respond appropriately to customers.
- Experience with customer records management systems and data accuracy.
- Time management capability with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data management.
- Ideally have previous experience in the not-for-profit or disability support sector.
