Thorne Harbour Health (THH) is an LGBTIQ+ community-controlled organisation, governed by our members, and working for the communities we serve. Combining passion, commitment and activism, THH aims to improve the health, social and emotional well-being of LGBTIQ+ communities and those living with or affected by HIV. We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and appropriately qualified manager to lead our work across our therapeutic services in South Australia.

With responsibility for mental health and alcohol and other drug services, this position offers a unique and dynamic opportunity for the right candidate.

As a senior Services manager within Thorne Harbour Health, this leadership role has both clinical and operational oversight of all therapeutic services programs, including service design and development, and program delivery activities. The role holds responsibility for service quality and outcomes and provides leadership and day to day support to program team leaders and staff.

To excel in this role, you will possess relevant clinical qualifications and senior level skills and experience. Your clinical expertise will be coupled with demonstrable competency in intelligent leadership to bring out the best in those you lead.
