ABOUT US

Zoe Belle Gender Collective (ZBGC) is a trans and gender diverse (TGD)-led organisation based in Victoria, Australia. The organisation was founded in 2007 and is named in honour of late transgender activist Zoe Belle.

ZBGC is auspiced by Thorne Harbour Health.

Combining passion, commitment and activism, Thorne Harbour Health aims to improve the health and wellbeing of our LGBTIQ+ communities and of those living with or affected by HIV.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ZBGC is looking for a Project Lead to manage our Youth Project in partnership with the Health Equal Youth (HEY) program. Key responsibilities include designing resources, leading workshops for young people, designing and delivering training, coordinating casual trainers, managing partnerships and overseeing our social media. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in advocacy and education for TGD and LGBTIQ+ inclusion, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in partnerships. A background in youth work, gendered violence prevention or family violence is highly desirable.
