Traralgon Neighbourhood House is seeking a dynamic, partnership focused community sector worker to lead a small team in developing and managing our local community hub.

The Manager is responsible to the Committee of Management for the operational and day to day management and development of the Neighbourhood House. This includes, but is not limited to, financial accountability, staff and volunteers’ management and all activities undertaken by the House. The Manager will be required to demonstrate skills and knowledge, which display leadership ability, community development and encourage and encompass staff and volunteer support in a collaborative manner.

Experience in management within a community organisation and a command of community development principles and skills are central to the role.
