As a Clinical Development nurse or midwife, you would need to have a postgraduate Child and Family Health qualification; and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or willingness to complete within 12-18 months of position commencement.
You would be working in a supportive learning environment scaffolded by a team of Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Educators (NSW equivalent to Clinical Development Nurse/Midwife) under the direction of the QEII Centre Manager through the Clinical Coordinator (AAC) for functional responsibilities and Director, Workforce Learning & Development for professional responsibilities.
