As a nurse or midwife, you would need to have a postgraduate Child and Family Health qualification or be prepared to work towards a CFH qualification.
You would be working in a supportive learning environment scaffolded by a Team Nursing/Midwifery Model in the residential service; and/or working autonomously with mentoring and educational support in the day services, within a multidisciplinary team.

The Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies, trading as Tresillian, was formed in 1918 to coordinate early child and maternal health care services in New South Wales (NSW).
