As the Director of Conservation at Trust for Nature, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and driving our Conservation Strategy while overseeing the management of Trust for Nature land. You’ll play a key role in unlocking Nature Markets opportunities and brokering innovative financial solutions to scale conservation efforts across Victoria.
In this exciting new role, you’ll lead both the Science and Reserves teams, work collaboratively with our First Peoples team and contribute to the overall strategy. The role reports to the CEO and is a key member of the Executive Team.
This full-time, ongoing position is based in Melbourne CBD, with flexibility and work-from-home options, combined with collaborative office days. The role offers a full-time base salary of $159,671 – $182,764 plus super.
