A full time Administration Support role exists where you will be able to make a significant contribution to a trusted brand within The Salvation Army - Salvos Funerals.
We are looking for a self-driven and empathetic individual to join our expanding Salvos Funerals team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of the Administration Support role is to support the administrative function of Salvos Funerals. The scope includes communicating via phone and email with families who are enquiring about funeral needs that will include imminent or 'at need', along with prepaid funeral and general enquiries. The role can sometimes be demanding but is very rewarding.
The opportunity is permanent full time and based in Blackburn.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail.
