The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of the largest providers of homelessness services across the country. Our philosophy is that every person should be afforded dignity and respect and that no one should be without a safe, affordable, and secure home.
We provide services and supports to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services.
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Case Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing immediate and ongoing support for clients experiencing homelessness, through provision of a range of intervention options through case management support.
The Open Door and Flagstaff are residential facilities that provide temporary short-term accommodation for men who are experiencing homelessness, with multiple and complex needs. The Open Door accommodates 37 single men and Flagstaff supports 64 single men.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Flagstaff, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 5.
