Our opportunity:

Our Catering and Housekeeping team are expanding, and we are seeking several Casual Catering and Housekeeping Attendants to join our Inner West Suburbs Team at Stanmore House. This role is located in close proximity to Stanmore Station.
Stanmore House is a conference and training centre operated by The Salvation Army, Stanmore.

You will be responsible for:

  • Housekeeping (eg laundry duties) to ensure all accommodation rooms are cleaned in a thorough and timely manner
  • Provide general waiting duties of food and beverages
  • Assisting the kitchen with food preparation
  • Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to all customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Desirable to possess catering, food, and beverage (and Kitchen hand experience)
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Team player and able to work autonomously
  • Barista experience desirable but not essential
  • Housekeeping experience essential
