About the Role:

Help drive digital reach, engagement and conversion by maintaining our digital advertising campaigns and activities through the Google Ad suite.

Reporting to the Manager Digital Acquisition and Analytics this full time permanent position will be based either in our Melbourne (Glen Waverley) or Sydney office.

It will help drive The Salvation Army's digital reach, engagement and conversion by maintaining our digital advertising campaigns and activities through the Google Ad suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the PPC & digital advertising components of the Brand & Marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns and tactics to achieve organisational goals - including the management of our Google Grant activity
  • Maximise ROI (monetary and non-monetary) for digital advertising through continual monitoring and adjustment
  • Drive the effective use of digital advertising tools such as Google Ads to implement and measure effective campaigns
  • Monitor Digital Acquisition/SEM/SEO industry developments and devise appropriate tactics and strategies in response
  • Manage relevant campaign and channel budgets
  • Provide reports on digital advertising activities and performance
  • Assist with ongoing analysis of digital data to generate insights that guide decision making and capitalise on new opportunities throughout the organisation
  • Collaborate with other teams and portfolios, both to support their digital advertising strategy and activities and to assist their alignment to national goals, strategies and policies

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or related discipline
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital advertising tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated Google Ad experience and Google Analytics Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, projects and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong storytelling ability
