About the Role:

Brand new opportunity for an Insights and Reporting Manager to join our Glen Waverley, Melbourne team on a permanent full time basis with two direct reports. Reporting to the General Manager Supporter Experience, Acquisition and Growth this exciting opportunity will be responsible for providing insights through advanced data analytics to improve future campaign performance and to achieve the longer-term strategic objective of the fundraising department as well as developing and maintaining the campaign analytic reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the design, management and insights of donor profiling, segmentation, targeting, fundraising campaigns productivity and profitability, competitive and market insights and forecasting
  • Provide insights to the broader Fundraising department to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks through the extraction and interpretation of data from the CRM
  • Create insights strategy and deliver the fundraising reporting road map
  • Analyse and interpret campaign performance from various other sources with the expectation of bringing the valuable campaign insights to influence key business decision
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and activities (market insights, product performance, Supporter/Donor and competitor intelligence)
  • Identify and track key drivers for optimising performance and Identifying attributes and behaviours of high value donors

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data/Computer Science or Commerce or similar preferred
  • Team leadership experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience using database extraction, processing and visualisation tools preferred e.g. SQL, Phython, R, Power BI
  • Proven experience working with and interpreting/reporting campaign/marketing data
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills, and a proven ability to interact professionally to influence a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders
