Our Financial Counsellors provide financial counselling to clients and conduct thorough assessment processes that ensures that clients receive a prompt and efficient service. Integrate this with state-wide telephone financial counselling service (Moneycare)
We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Financial Counsellor to provide financial counselling, client casework and advocacy, and conduct community education in order to ease the suffering or hardship of people in financial difficulty or crisis.
Other key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Moneycare Assistant Regional Manager this position is located at Dubbo Moneycare.
This is a max term full time position, 38 hours per week to June 2023.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
Depending on qualifications Level 3 (Training), Level 4 (Diploma) Level 5 (Accredited).
