Well-developed organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to coordinate competing priorities.
Experience in membership database management preferable in a NFP or similar using Microsoft Dynamics
High-level written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to successfully run reports and collate data from CRMs.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with members.
Effectively apply technology to maximise efficiencies. Proficient in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe PDF
Experience in CRM systems is highly desirable.
Exposure to or understanding of the not-for-profit and or health sector highly desirable.
