Twenty10 is looking for an experienced peer worker to join Twenty10's management team with experience as a training or development manager and experience managing teams and projects, fostering relationships with clients and partners, public speaking and advocacy and a comprehensive understanding of working within LGBTIQA+ communities.
The primary role of the Learning and Development Manager is the implementation of the Learning and Development program at Twenty10, manage the Learning and Development team, with occasional delivery of training as required. The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for managing bookings and liaising with clients; growing the client base in accordance with Twenty10’s strategic plan; ensuring the program is promoted and evaluated and ensuring the training materials and content are up to date and reflect the Twenty10 guiding principles. It is a dynamic role that may involve some travel.

The Learning and Development Manager is a part-time role, working a 8 day fortnight at 7.5 hours / day and is paid at SCHADS L6. This role is based at Twenty10 at the Inner West Pride Centre in Newtown, Sydney. Hybrid working is also optional.
