We’re seeking a passionate leader to exceed in the delivery of high-quality support part-time, helping to ensure a young woman we support with a disability, living on Brisbane's Northside.
As a Lead Practitioner (Team Leader) you will be balancing your commitment to actively work in partnership with the individual's family while providing mentoring and guidance to your direct reports. To be successful in this role you will have exceptional organisational skills, coach, manage and support your team, empowering them to reach their full potential whilst exceeding the client’s expectations and supporting with building a high-performance centric culture.
You will work with the person we support and her family members, friends, and community resources to help her achieve her personal goals, maintain friendships, relationships, jobs and community roles and live her daily life.
This is a part-time role with a minimum of 24.5 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to work additional hours within the team as a support worker. The Lead Practitioner role also includes scheduled on-call responsibilities.
