At Phoenix Australia, you'll contribute to groundbreaking research studies, including the MOMENTUM study aimed at identifying vulnerability to posttraumatic stress disorder following traumatic birth.

You'll have the opportunity to recruit participants, administer clinical interviews, and support data collection efforts.

Additionally, you'll gain invaluable experience in a clinical research environment, working alongside leading experts in the field of mental health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participant Recruitment: Recruit participants for research studies, respond to inquiries, explain study details, and screen for eligibility.
• Data Collection: Administer questionnaires, structured interviews, and semi-structured interviews in person, online, or over the phone.
  Study Coordination: Schedule assessments, track participant progress, maintain databases, and ensure accurate timing of study activities.
• Research Support: Develop and maintain project databases, securely transfer data, attend project meetings, and contribute to report writing.

You may be a great fit if:

You are an experienced research professional with a passion for mental health and a commitment to advancing knowledge in post-traumatic mental health, possessing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

You may also:

• Have an undergraduate degree with first-class Honours in psychology or a related mental health field, or be working towards completion of an Honours degree.
• Possess prior administrative or research experience within a health, mental health, or clinical research environment.
• Demonstrate excellence in organisational and time management skills, including working to deadlines and setting priorities.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Have a demonstrated understanding of post-traumatic mental health issues or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
