About the Role
This position is a part-time (21 hours week/ week) 3-month contract opportunity until October 2024.
- Commencing early July 2024
- Ideally this role will be working across 3-4 consecutive days/ week
This role is responsible for providing administration support to the manager and caseworkers, directed by the manager and be responsive to internal and external program enquiries.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Reception Duties - Liaise with clients, service providers and external contracts either personally or by phone
- Minute taking, set up and schedule meetings, prepare documents, data entry, travel bookings and support financial processes
- Support coordination of relevant events
- Managing vehicles in the programs fleet, including processing logbooks
- Monitoring team safety whilst caseworkers are out in the field
- Maintain and support office management systems
- Work with administration colleagues to improve administration processes
- All other administration tasks as required
About You
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels as well as ability de escalate difficult interactions that may occur
- Proficient Microsoft office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and efficient time management
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Valid NSW employee working with children’s check
Even Better
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Experience working with in a not-for-profit organisation
