Uniting Caroona Yamba is a warm and welcoming aged care home in the beautiful beachside heart of the NSW north coast.
Household Living – our innovative approach to care – empowers residents to live their day, their way, just as you would in any family home.
Uniting Caroona Yamba has 5 separate households, each with between 15–22 residents, including a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
We are looking for part-time workers to fill our many various shifts.
Our Uniting Household Model of care empowers our residential care teams with freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. As a Carer in a household, you’ll provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life.

Flexible rosters available: Choose from AM, PM, weekday, or weekend shifts. Permanent part-time and full-time contracts are also available. we can also consider casual positions.
