Nestled on the edge of a serene bushland reserve in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, Uniting Garden Suburb is peaceful and welcoming aged care home. With 3 separate households, each with between 25–30 residents. This includes a secure household for people living with dementia or mental health illness. Your Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
We are seeking to fill 2 permanent part time positions (can offer up to full time hours) for experienced residential aged care workers for Night Duty shifts. Applicant's must have night duty experience.
Our Uniting Household Model of care empowers our residential care teams with freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. As a Carer in a household, you’ll provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life.
