This is a full-time permanent position (35 hours per week) located in Dubbo NSW. Starting base annual salary $91,297 plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options.

Are you passionate about supporting families to thrive? Uniting is seeking a caseworker to join our family preservation team in Dubbo NSW. This is more than a job – it’s your chance to play a vital role in helping families stay safe, strong and connected.
As a Case Worker, you’ll engage with families from diverse backgrounds and cultures, working alongside them to achieve their goals and address child safety concerns. This is a deeply rewarding role, where your compassion, sensitivity, and expertise will help build parenting and family capacity. You’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that families have the support they need to grow and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
This role is targeted towards Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, recognizing the importance of community connection, cultural knowledge, and lived experience in supporting families to stay together.
