Role Overview:
As a Change Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our HRIS Project Team, responsible for driving transformative change initiatives. Your primary focus will be on integrating approaches across our transformation plan, conducting stakeholder assessments, and developing change action plans for sustainable performance outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy change solutions, establish change networks, and implement readiness strategies.
Flexible working arrangements - 3 days on site - 2 days work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored change management approaches, engaging stakeholders and fostering a culture of change readiness while mitigating risks.
- Identify key personnel and roles necessary to manage change activities effectively.
- Lead communication and audience engagement efforts, collaborating with the wider Communications and Learning and Development team to develop awareness campaigns and resources.
- Conduct regular stand-up meetings and facilitate discussions to keep team members informed and engaged.
- Provide coaching to leaders on their role in driving change and instill a change mindset across the organisation.
- Foster a safe and inclusive working environment that celebrates diversity in all its forms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience in major business transformation projects.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, HCD, or similar.
- Experience with 'Big Bang' deployment strategies across large and dispersed workforces.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of user experience and people-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across all levels
- Highly organised with strategic planning abilities and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
- Previous experience with large-scale HRIS organisational changes is preferred.
- Passion for social change and contributing to organisations making a difference in disadvantaged communities.
