About the Role:

We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the transition towards modernising Uniting's billing capability. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance customer experience while simplifying and modernising our billing processes across all service lines. This involves replacing the current end-of-life PeoplePoint/AX09 platform and re-engineering the end-to-end billing processes whilst implementing an enterprise-wide solution that integrates seamlessly with our service lines, business operations, and government touchpoints, while aligning with the design of other strategic transformation projects. The change manager will play a vital role in facilitating this process by orchestrating communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving adoption across various directorates and teams.

Role key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the billing system modernisation project.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across various departments to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new billing solution.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead communication and engagement efforts to build awareness and support for the billing system modernisation among internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to facilitate their roles in driving change and promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

As a Change Manager at Uniting, you will demonstrate a passion for driving positive change and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will possess:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
