• Base Salary up to $30 per hour + Salary Packaging Benefits + Super
• Part time contract till 20th December 2024 potential for extension!
• Seeking a flexible Educator to work 5days per week.
• Your week will be broken into 3days working from 8:30am -3:30pm and 2 days will be 5hr shifts starting at either 8:30am or 10:30am.
• Inclusion Support experience is preferred

What you’ll be doing in this role

As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework! 

Your work may include:

• Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
• Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
• Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

• Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous inclusion support experience (preferred).
• Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
• A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard).
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members.
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

Uniting Preschool Caringbah is an integral part of our local community, teaching young children the crucial skill of learning that will ease their transition to ‘big school’, and far beyond.
