Your new role will include:

• Provide Personal Care:  Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. 
• Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry and shopping. 
• Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. 
• Transport Services: Provide transportation to appointments, social activities and other outings. 
• Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, client progress, and any incidents. 
• Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld. 

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in Aged or Community care
• Someone who genuinely wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and communities 
• Empathy, resourcefulness, and alignment with our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.  
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our clients. 
• A valid Australian driving license and access to a reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle. 
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent, Medication competency is desirable however not required.
