As a Mental Health Clinician and Senior Clinician you will provide evidence- based clinical case management, assessment, and psychological interventions to young clients (12 - 25 years old) in the community with mental illness. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, therapeutic mental health services to clients.

Your role may include:
- Triage, intake and assessment
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and case formulations
- Provide evidence-based focused psychological and behavioural interventions
- Perform functional assessments
- Collaborate in shared care approaches, such as joint sessions with the referring Uniting team, case review discussions, and documentation/reports to share information and make recommendations
- Facilitate mental health service linkage and navigation, including care coordination
- Conduct individual and/or group sessions to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing
Who we’re looking for
- You’ll have Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Occupational Therapy and membership to AHPRA; OR in Social Work and membership eligibility in AASW
- 1-3 years’ experience of clinical practice field within the mental health providing high quality triage, assessment and evidence based psychological interventions
- Ability to collaboratively plan and coordinate a comprehensive bio-psychosocial approach and interventions to meet the needs of clients.
