The Programs Administrator is responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to the clinical and operational management team within Uniting Recovery Programs - Community Mental Health Services.

- 3 yrs admin / Medical admin experience; $34.24 per hour + Super + Sal pack benefits
About you, your experience and skills
Position requirements /desirables:
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in administration / medical reception
- Experience working in mental health service
- Experience processing invoices and general finance
- Above average to Advanced level capability in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT applications
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide daily administrative support to staff members, private practice and consortium of the site as required
- High-level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and to work to deadlines. Support productive relationships with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently and with people at all levels
- Flexible approach, including the ability to work autonomously, exercise initiative, and have a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Demonstrate a youth and client friendly, non-judgmental approach to ensure young people (clients) feel safe and welcome when accessing headspace and/or other services
Uniting Recovery delivers clinical mental health programs across Sydney including the headspace programs. headspace aims to reduce the burden of disease in young people aged 12-25 years caused by mental health and related substance use disorders through early identification and effective, evidence-based intervention.
