You will be responsible for providing specialist quality management advice to operational teams at the local level in collaboration with the Practice, Clinical and Quality team.
This role is focused on the provision of coaching, advice and support to build capability and capacity within the local operational team, specialising in auditing, accreditation, complaints and incident management. It includes:
