What do we need you to do?  

You’ll be responsible for providing high standards of clinical care for residents living in our Home to support their independence and improve their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• The development and ongoing evaluation of individualised resident care plans 
• Providing clinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication management 
• Being a liaison with medical and allied health care professionals and resident family members 
• Assisting the clinical management team with ACFI documentation and assessments 
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers  

What do we need you to bring? 

• Ideally, we’re looking for previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care but if your nursing experience is in the wider health sector then we’d love to hear from you too.
• You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful, and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
• You’ll also bring a strong commitment and passion for contemporary aged care nursing practice.

Degree qualified with current AHPRA registration
