Uniting Eden is a compassionate aged care home on the South Coast of NSW, located just 300m from the beach. Uniting Eden has 4 separate households, each with 12–30 residents, including a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Leisure and Lifestyle Team ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable. By joining us at Uniting Eden, you’ll not only make a difference in the lives of our residents but also enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of our seaside environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be a clinical leader in the service, and you will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Acquire sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services
  • You’ll liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for clients’ quality of life
  • Supervise and support our Personal Care Workers

Who we’re looking for?

  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, OR a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector
  • Be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
  • You’ll hold a Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values

Shift Times/Hours:

  • Morning / fortnight available (Saturday and Sunday) 
  • Afternoon shifts (Tuesday and Thursday) 
  • Casual shifts available
